Not the grandest start to the day. Managed to ignore each of my alarms until about 10am when I woke up face down on the bed with a kitten purring away on my back. Rolled in after a quick shower and realized I had a class today. Finished tidying up my time sheets from the last two weeks and waited until the lunch break to join the class. Luckily I had only missed the introduction and "sales pitch."

My attention span is definitely improved, now I will see how long into the day I can last at a productive pace. My usual down time is around 3pm, but I'm hoping I can make it until at least 8pm today.

The lawn mower shop can't have my blade sharpened for another week and a half. On the up-side, it was only $8. On the downside, I continue to be a horrible neighbor.

Tonight's plan:

  • No caffeine after 6pm.
  • Kitten gets two chances to be kittenish somewhere besides the bedroom. After that the litter box and bowls get moved into the hallways and the door gets latched. Sorry, Dot, we can play in the morning.

Evening weigh-in: 127.5 lbs.
